Bollywood VS Hollywood

Many of us know that bollywood is far behind the creations of Hollywood in terms of quality of media that they are presenting.
What could be the responsible factors for this?, I say:

1) Most of the Indian directors are not skillful as Hollywood have.
2) Indian directors think that having stars like Bachhans n Khans in their would be more advantageous rather that giving change to talented but less famed actors like Irfan Khan.
3) Indian public wants masala movies so directors/producers are not taking
risk with their money.
4) Lack of technicalogy and skilled labour.
5)Plagiarism
